All AREB systems come with our proprietary AREB Sync Utility. Launch it from the system tray, navigate to System → Firmware, and click Check for Updates. The tool handles safe flashing automatically with a restore point. Alternatively, download the latest BIOS package from our downloads portal and use the UEFI flashback feature built into your motherboard.
AREB systems with liquid cooling should never exceed 75°C under sustained load. If you're seeing 90°C+, this could indicate: (1) a degraded thermal interface material — contact us for a free re-paste, (2) a partially blocked radiator — check for dust buildup, (3) a failing pump — our warranty covers immediate replacement. Book a remote diagnostic session for a real-time assessment.
Our 3-Year Precision Coverage includes: full parts and labor for all hardware failures, liquid cooling system replacements, free thermal re-paste annually, priority overnight shipping for replacement parts, and access to remote diagnostic sessions. It does not cover physical damage from accidents, liquid spills, or user-performed modifications outside of our authorized upgrade program.
To start an RMA: (1) Log into your AREB account and navigate to My Builds → Warranty. (2) Click "Submit RMA Request" and describe the issue with your serial number. (3) We'll respond within 2 hours with a shipping label. (4) Pack your component securely and drop it off at any UPS or FedEx location. Turnaround time is 3–5 business days for repairs, or immediate advance replacement for Elite Tier members.
Build and testing takes 5–7 business days from order confirmation. We run 72-hour burn-in stability tests on every system. Shipping takes an additional 2–4 business days via insured, white-glove freight service. Elite Tier members get priority queue access — typically 3–5 business days total. You'll receive tracking information and live build status updates via email and your AREB dashboard.
